LIE (Long Island Expressway) to Exit 41 North (Rt. 106/107)
North on Rt. 106 to Rt. 25A
Turn left (west) onto Rt. 25A to first traffic light, Mill River Rd.
Turn right onto Mill River Rd., go 2 miles to Oyster Bay/Glen Cove Rd.
Turn left onto Oyster Bay/Glen Cove Rd., follow to Planting Fields Rd.
Turn left onto Planting Fields Rd.

Pavilion ticket holders enter at Main Arboretum Entrance on left on Planting Fields Rd..

Lawn ticket holders continue on Planting Fields Rd. to Chicken Valley Rd. Turn Left onto Chicken Valley Rd. Lawn Gate is on the left on Chicken Valley Rd., through the main Carshalton Gates.

Alternatively, Planting Fields Arboretum can be approached from further west, via Wolver Hollow Rd. and Chicken Valley Rd. from Rt.25A.
